Join the nation in the UK’s National Fitness Day on 27th September 2013.

Whether you fancy toning up, becoming more active or simply trying something new; it’s time to ‘empower yourself’ and get active.

Free events and activities will be taking place across the country in a bid to encourage the nation to think, get involved, and take action about their personal fitness and wellbeing.

Schools, work places, fitness clubs and indeed absolutely everyone can take part in the ‘empower half hour’ at 12pm midday – 30 minutes of physical activity from taking a walk, jog or run at lunchtime to playing sports in the playground. Anything that gets you on your feet.

By empowering people to think about their personal fitness goals, National Fitness Day plans to make the UK a healthier nation!
